Beginning with the founder of a foundation or trust, the most senior officer is called “The Overseer” having the administrative and spiritual credentials to manage the affairs of an assembly of people intent on living in community within a given set of moral and spiritual values.

Project Champions
We invite applications from qualified individuals with proven histories of upper-level project management. From CEO’s, production management, finance and administration in many areas of enterprise development. Within our first 2 years of operations, we expect to launch as many as twenty startups in such varied fields as agriculture, high-tech machinery and aircraft manufacturing, health-care and many more essential services areas.
Qualifications include but are not limited to: Substantial Spiritual awareness, commitment to self-studies and self-improvement, a strong commitment to family, and community and a proven track record of successful performance in the chosen areas.

Legal Structure
Having examined numerous legal options for establishing Pueblo del Milagro, the founders chose a proven method of establishing Sovranty to both the individual residents and the community as a whole. The criteria had to meet, accommodate and guarantee strict ethical, moral, legal, and political freedoms. It was decided that the legal system best representing these values was to be granted by a proper canon law court. Thus, loosely speaking, “Freedom of Religion” as incorporated in the constitutions of most modern countries, was the constitutional maxim we embraced.
Granted, our collective view of “religion” does not revere religious institutions, however, Spiritual values compatible with the intention of Sovranty is protected by such constitutions and we opted to apply to the canon law court Beyt Din Hillell, in Cheyenne, Wyoming for our charter.
We exercised our option of applying for assistance by Bernie E. Besherse, Chief Justice of Beyt Din Hillel, an ecclesiastical court recognized by the State of Wyoming, and we became internationally recognized as Mandala Village Foundation, a body politic and a corporation sole.
Having issued the judicial writ, and Chief Justice Bernie Beshears proclaiming Mandala Village Foundation a Corporation Sole in the nature of Ecclesia we are well represented having been offered his guidance in all matters pertaining to proper administration of our responsibilities.
Ownership
Land and infrastructure ownership is not an issue when a group of individuals collectively grasp the concept that “Ownership implies liability”.
Residents and members of Pueblo Del Milagro have embraced a lifestyle of freedom from attachment to the trappings of wealth. That in no way implies living lives of limitation or “top-down” control, whether financial or material. The opposite is true of our community. We have the intention of living quite comfortably as a community, having more than ample resources to accommodate all healthy and harmonious lifestyles.

Corporation Sole
A Corporation Sole Called Mandala Village Foundation functions as the governing authority from which the village in its entirety is financed and managed. It does so, through a series of religious trusts issued from the bench of Beyt Dyn Hillel, a canon law court in Cheyenne Wyoming.
When we say “managed” we refer to matters involving national and international concern other than community and infrastructure management. Community members and residents of Pueblo Del Milagro remain Sovran, governing themselves while accepting full responsibility for their accommodation and overall community infrastructure.
All aspects of Mandala Village Foundation and its series of religious trusts meet the strictest legal codes in both Canada, the united States of America and to the best of our knowledge equally accepted in Spanish Law jurisdictions in South America.
Legal counsel is presently conducting research to verify that Spanish Law jurisdictions do in fact recognize our legal structures. Where necessary, we will modify our model without compromising our Sovranty.

Trusts and Trustees
There presently exists a veritable minefield of legal concerns that plague our present-day lives and circumstances. After decades of experience in the areas of commerce, law and asset-management and protection, our founder chose what is generally considered the best of all methods. Having obtained written acknowledgement from government and tax authorities that “Religious Trusts” and properly recorded (not ‘registered’) Foundations were totally “Exempt” from all manner of reporting, various trusts were issued by the Cheyenne Court. To this day no challenge has been either issued or needed to be defended.
Trusts are managed by a group of trustees selected (in our case) for their integrity, spiritual development and lastly for their expertise in administering various aspects of commerce, consciousness and commitment to becoming fully awakened beings.
The requirements are extensive, and actions encapsulated in perhaps one of the finest reference books on trusteeship: Carlton Weiss’ “Concise Trustees Handbook”.
Vision
Mandala Village Foundation invites you to participate in the initial planning, presentation and creative actualization of a high-tech prototypical community intended to be a model for other communities for the next millennium.
Respecting ancient Vedic architectural law in the planning and development of the Mandala Village Foundation Community, a truly holistic lifestyle will develop to benefit all who participate in its creation and subsequent use. The community is to serve as a model for 6 additional developments.
Mandala Village will be located in a beautiful valley surrounded by majestic hillsides and mountain ranges in beautiful South America; sufficient water and arable land are abundantly available to sustain a fully sustainable agrarian based community.
Mandala Village will integrate new technologies, nature, knowledge and spiritual consciousness, synergistically into a comfortable and secure living and working environment.
Our land will be held in a perpetual land holding trust ensuring its integrity. Mandala Village Foundation’s mandate will ensure utmost care is given to maintain balance with nature and the land’s resources.
Buildings and construction will integrate new technologies, materials and methods. Some technologies are unique to this community and as such will model environmental responsibility.
Each building will integrate autonomy respecting energy production, waste management and household resources.
The focal points of this community will be five-fold:
1 – a unique residential housing concept using revolutionary materials and designs integrating agriculture, sustainable development and natural living concepts.
2 – a wellness centre where “Akê-Theosophy” (healing from God) is applied. This integrated healing method will blend conventional (crisis intervention) medicine with a wide array of energetic, complementary and preventive healthcare modalities. One such modality is called “Functional Medicine.” It is fast becoming accepted in mainstream healthcare as interest in the allopathic method wanes. An ever-increasing public awareness of the dangers of the chemical model is sweeping the planet. In addition we will offer the most current developments in stem-cell therapy, (in our opinion destined to become the new medical model).
3 – an educational institution “The Great Metaphysical University,” will deliver unfettered aspects of higher education without “brainwashing” students with “status-quo” curriculum currently designed and delivered by those vested in maintaining control over humanity from a strictly financial perspective. Our university will provide both on-campus, satellite broadcast, and on-line courses in a somewhat unconventional blend of advanced physical sciences, natural healing and metaphysical studies.
In addition, the community will have a globally connected arts development program where students are given an environment to explore various artistic models in their quest for their personal “niche”. We will offer audio, visual, technical and performing arts programs, essentially designed to accommodate the students’ needs as opposed to highly structured “courses” presently offered by academia.
4 – A fine arts performance and broadcast center will create television and cinematic productions. This center will incorporate satellite up-link communication systems and, according to our planners, will represent a new benchmark for the broadcast and film industry. Connected to Mandala Village and the Great Metaphysical University by fibre-optic systems, the delivery of healing tools and studies in metaphysics will become a global collaboration.
5 – An entrepreneurial development facility will focus on developing new energy technologies and ecologically respectful industrial projects. A wide variety of products or services will be evaluated and, according to their merit, financed, developed for distribution and licensed or marketed worldwide to appropriate participants.
