– will consist of 4 individual conference sessions:
1 – Administrators’ conference
Our initial planning conference is fully documented and ready to convene.
2 – Trustees & Consultants
Conference is fully documented and ready to convene.
3 – Outreach Program
Shortlisted candidates for executive and consulting positions will be invited to attend a focused presentation of projects, tasks and positions available.
4 – Orientation & role selection
We believe finding skilled individuals is not difficult. What we will NOT do is put people in administrative positions arbitrarily. Our understanding of human performance models has us adopting a “Personal Choice” initiative where individuals see the “bigger picture” of our long-term activities and after serious deliberation choose the roles they wish to play. Having done so we believe that performance in general will be superior to “appointed” positions as the individuals tend to express deeper commitments to performance and accountability.
